Pizza Delivery Driver – Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Pizza Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and friendly manner. Drivers represent the business during customer interactions, so professionalism, good communication, and a positive attitude are important. In addition to deliveries, drivers may assist with basic in-store tasks such as preparing orders, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and safely
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Verify orders before leaving the store to ensure accuracy
- Handle cash and card payments when required
- Follow traffic laws and company delivery procedures
- Assist with light in-store duties such as stocking, cleaning, or folding boxes
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid auto insurance
- Ability to navigate using GPS or delivery apps
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Must be able to lift and carry pizza bags and small supplies
Pay: $7.50 - $20.00 per hour
