About the Role
As a Reception & HR Support, you will provide the first impression of our company—welcoming visitors, answering calls, and creating a professional, positive environment for employees, applicants, and guests. This role also plays a key part in supporting our Human Resources department with administrative tasks, payroll assistance, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Reception & Administrative Support

Greet and assist visitors, callers, and internal customers professionally

Manage front office operations, incoming calls, door access, and visitor sign-ins

Coordinate PPE, paperwork, and visitor needs for facility tours

Support hiring activities by greeting applicants, directing candidates, and assisting with application needs

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception environment

Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail

Manage access control systems, including issuing cards, updating logs, and completing system backups

Support communication efforts by updating internal postings and assisting with company announcements

Maintain vendor and contractor documentation

Assist with purchasing, processing invoices, and managing office and production supply inventory

Support company programs such as charitable giving, employee events, and milestones

Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed
HR Support

Serve as the primary back-up for front desk and HR administrative responsibilities

Process payroll timecards accurately and on schedule

Administer attendance tracking and documentation

Maintain HR and payroll records, personnel files, and compliance documents

Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing paperwork, and issuing access badges

Support HR programs including recognition, employee engagement, and policy compliance

Update bulletin boards and ensure required postings meet federal and state requirements

Assist with HR projects, events, and day-to-day departmental needs
