Summary

The position of Groundskeeper assists with Service Manager in carrying out the service processes of the property, focusing on, but not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

Primary Duties

• Physically walk the property on a frequent basis and remove litter and debris from the grounds.
• Keep common areas such as pool, laundry, mail room etc free of litter at all times.
• Clean clubhouse and common areas daily to include trash removal, vacuum, mop etc.
• Assist with maintenance of building exteriors and assist with interiors as needed.
