About the Role
We’re seeking a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare support team in Tampa. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and families—helping with appointments, billing, medical records, and insurance-related inquiries. Your empathy and professionalism will ensure a positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
- Provide guidance on insurance coverage and benefits.
- Assist with billing questions and patient portal navigation.
- Document interactions accurately and escalate complex cases when needed.
