We are seeking a compassionate and professional Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare support team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, assisting with appointments, billing, medical records, and insurance-related inquiries, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for everyone seeking care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from patients and families with professionalism and empathy
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments
- Assist patients with insurance coverage questions and billing inquiries
- Guide patients in navigating the patient portal
- Maintain accurate records and escalate complex issues when necessary
