Job Summary:
Supports construction tasks including framing, measuring, and working on scaffolding. Flexible team role where each day is different, often contributing to shop work, staining, or prep work on rain days. Occasional overnight stays for distant jobs.
Core Responsibilities:- General framing, log setting, timber work, wood wall finishes and trim packages
- Take accurate measurements
- Load up at the shop and attend daily meetings
- Help with staining and material prep in shop
- Assist with site and concrete prep as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 50 hours per week average depending on weather and workload
- Team collaboration and task sharing
- Residential/custom carpentry experience preferred
- Comfortable on scaffolding and working at heights
- Familiar with framing and layout
- Strong teamwork and communication
- Physically able to lift heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety-conscious and attentive to tool handling
- Overnight stay for multi-day work may be (Infrequently) required
