Gingerich Well & Pump Service, LLC is excited to add an Industrial Painter/Sandblaster to our growing team!
As an Industrial Sandblaster/Painter it is your job to enhance the condition of our drilling fleet. You will work under limited supervision and will be required to be self-motivated and productive. You may work on all phases of reconditioning construction equipment. The majority of this work will be performed in our facility located in Kalona, IA.

Tasks:
- Operation of: power washer, sandblaster, electrostatic painting equipment
- Proper care of the above mentioned equipment, including cleanup
- Understand, select, and work with hand tools
- Follow all instructions and safety regulations
- Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly
- Perform assigned equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined
- Reliable with good attendance history
- Ability to personally handle heavy wrenches, lift and/or carry heavy tools and/or supplies
- Ability to crawl, squat, carry materials for extensive periods of time
- Ability to work long hours (10-12 hour days)
- Ability to work in a drug, alcohol, and smoke free environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
