The Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is essential in keeping the retreat clean, inviting, and peaceful — a quiet but vital part of the guest experience.
- Schedule: Based on our reservation calendar (most work falls between 11:00 a.m. checkout and 3:00 p.m. check-in).
- Compensation: $30/hour. Lodging available at $1,000/month.
- Commitment: Six-month minimum. Start date ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Clean and reset guest rooms and cabins between stays
- Launder and prepare linens and towels
- Restock supplies (toiletries, amenities, etc.)
- Keep all spaces spotless, organized, and welcoming
- Report any maintenance needs to the property manager
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
You’re a great fit if you…
- Have prior housekeeping, hospitality, or vacation rental cleaning experience (preferred)
- Take pride in creating clean, comfortable, restorative spaces
- Are reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to a changing schedule
- Can work independently and finish tasks within tight turnaround windows
- Bring strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Don't mind working on a farm and island space that houses farm animals and various bugs and critters
