Overview
The Sales Representative builds and maintains relationships with real estate professionals, lenders, builders, and attorneys to generate new business for Fidelity National Title & Escrow.
This role is focused on driving revenue growth through consultative selling, excellent customer service, and promoting the value of Fidelity’s escrow and title services.
Duties
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and other referral partners.
- Promote Fidelity National Title’s escrow, title, and closing solutions through presentations, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to grow market share and provide ongoing client education and support.
- Collaborate with escrow and title teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Education
High school diploma or GED required; some companies may prefer an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Experience
- 1–2 years of sales or related real estate experience
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management (real estate, title, mortgage, or related industries preferred).
- Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time, priorities, and territory independently.
- Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow/title processes a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Additional Information
This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $45,000 - $65,000/annually based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience. The base compensation is one component of the total rewards package offered to our employees, including optional health and welfare insurance (medical/dental/vision/life/disability); paid holidays, vacation, and sick time off; and matching 401(k) plan and matching employee stock purchase plan.
