We’re a craft brewery based in Asheville, NC, and one of the only breweries in the country dedicated to brewing alcoholic ginger beer. Now in our tenth year, we’re growing our distribution footprint and continuing to evolve — and we’re looking for a new team member to join us behind the scenes in production.

About the Role
This is a part-time, entry-level position on our production team.
You do not need prior brewing or production experience — we’re happy to train the right person. We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
This role is a great opportunity to:

No brewing experience required — just a willingness to learn and jump in.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized production space
- Clean and sanitize kegs, tanks, and equipment
- Assist with ingredient processing
- Support packaging operations (kegging and canning)
- Maintain accurate physical and digital records
- Follow company safety standards
- Assist with additional tasks as needed (warehouse support, events, basic maintenance)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8–10 hours)
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and safely maneuver up to 165 pounds
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)
Position Details
- Part-time, hourly position, estimated 16-24 hrs/week
- Flexible scheduling may be available depending on production needs
- Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunities for increased hours and pay growth based on performance
