What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
- Assess resident health and provide nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor changes in condition and communicate with physicians
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Assist with care planning and resident assessments
- Respond to medical needs and emergencies
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
- Knowledge and experience working with senior communities in a long-term care facility.
- Experience caring for residents with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia.
- At least one year full-time clinical experience in a Home Health agency or related community health program.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, doctors, and co-workers.
- Ability to organize, supervise, delegate and provide leadership.
- Computer literacy.
- Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe.
- Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly, and use tact in dealing with others.
