CNA / Med Tech – Evening or Night Shift | Full-Time
Join Ginger Cove, a premier life-care community in Annapolis known for providing exceptional care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Medication Technician (Med Tech) with CNA certification to join our Assisted Living team on the night shift.
Schedule & Perks:
✔ Full-Time (40 hours/week)
✔ Alternating weekends required
✔ Shift differential for nights ✔ Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM✔ Night Shift: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
What You’ll Do:
• Administer and document medications under nurse supervision
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
• Monitor resident condition and report changes
• Take and record vital signs
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Support residents’ comfort, safety, and independence

Job Qualifications:
• Current Maryland CNA and Medication Technician certifications
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Previous Med Tech or senior care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
• Basic computer/documentation skills
