We’re currently hiring Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join our Health Center team. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we have a schedule for you.
Available Shifts:
Choose what works best for your schedule:
- Day: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Full-Time or Part-Time)
- Evening: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM (Part-Time)
- Night: 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM (Part-Time)
✔ Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities
✔ Weekend shift differential
✔ Alternating weekends required
What You’ll Do:
As a GNA, you’ll provide hands-on care and daily support to our residents:
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and report changes in condition
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding
- Maintain a clean, safe environment
- Respond to call lights promptly
- Document care and communicate with nursing staff

Qualifications:Job Qualifications:
• Active GNA certification in Maryland
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required)
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
• Basic computer skills for documentation
