We are currently hiring Full-Time Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA) to join our Health Center team.
Available Shifts:Choose the schedule that works best for you:
• Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• Evening Shift: 2:45 PM – 7:15 PM
• Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
✔ Full-Time opportunities
✔Shift differential for nights & weekends✔Alternating weekends required
What You’ll Do:
As a GNA, you will provide hands-on care and support to residents under the supervision of a nurse.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Take vital signs and report changes in condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Provide meals, hydration, and feeding assistance
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Respond to call lights promptly
• Document care and communicate with nursing staff

Qualifications:Job Qualifications:
• Active GNA certification in Maryland
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous healthcare or senior care experience preferred (not required)
• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer’s care is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion for working with older adults
• Basic computer skills for documentation
