As a Food Runner, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will help them make informed decisions about their food choices by providing friendly, accurate and timely service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Food Runner in a Fine Dining or Upscale Restaurant environment.

- Strong , communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of fine dining etiquette and elevated service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the service staff and kitchen team in ensuring smooth and timely food service to guests.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and complete orders are delivered to the correct tables.
- Present dishes to guests in an elegant and professional manner, adhering to our high standards of presentation.
- Communicate effectively with the servers, kitchen team, and management to ensure seamless coordination of food delivery.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to guest questions about the menu.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including polishing silverware, glassware, and other tableware.
- Assist with clearing tables, resetting them for the next guests, and overall table maintenance.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic dining environment.
