Job Description
Gina’s DayCare Learning Academy is looking for a dependable and flexible Floater Teacher to join our team.
As a Floater Teacher, you will work in different classrooms throughout the day based on the needs of the center. Responsibilities include covering teacher breaks, filling in for absent staff, assisting lead teachers, and helping maintain a safe and positive learning environment for children of all ages.
No two days are exactly the same, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, reliable, and enjoys being part of a team.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Shifts scheduled between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm
- No weekends
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to do a Physical/TB test
- Reliable and dependable
- Flexible and able to work in different classrooms as needed
- Childcare experience is preferred but not required
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
