We’re looking for an AI Software Engineer to help create an innovative, commercial-grade AI product from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to design and build a sophisticated AI platform that will make a lasting impact—without being limited to a narrow feature set. You’ll work directly with leadership to turn high-level business goals into a market-ready, polished solution.

• Architect and develop the AI platform from initial concept through full launch.
• Build and deploy machine learning models, integrating them into a scalable, production-ready application.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and a robust cloud-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to convert business challenges into actionable technical solutions.
• Ensure the end product is slick, intuitive, and built to scale.

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience in AI/ML, full-stack, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing.
• A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating transformative technology.

• Experience launching SaaS products or working in startup environments.
• Knowledge of natural language processing or large language models.
• Background in logistics or other complex, operations-heavy industries (not required).
