What You’ll Do:

• Be the Subaru Expert: Engage with customers, offering expert advice on our exciting lineup—from the rugged Outback to the electric Solterra—to help them find their perfect vehicle.

• Create a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain an attractive display of vehicles and merchandise that represents the Subaru lifestyle.

• Deliver Excellence: Provide top-notch customer service by addressing concerns with patience and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

• California Vehicle Sales License (or the ability to obtain one).

• Familiarity with Google Workplace and DealerSocket CRM is a plus.

• A positive, flexible attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
