This is a full-time, on-site role in Jupiter, FL, for an Office Administrator. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, organizing, and maintaining office operations. Responsibilities also involve using office equipment, handling communication with clients and team members, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires efficient office administration to ensure smooth operations in support of our electrical contracting projects.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Experience with Office Equipment, including managing and troubleshooting standard office tools
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for managing interactions with team members and customers
- Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
