Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with travel booking platforms and corporate travel arrangements.
  • Familiarity with records management systems and office software suites such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives or management teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive and team calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings to avoid conflicts.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Handle multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval when needed.
  • Coordinate meeting logistics including room reservations, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting materials.
  • Support other administrative tasks as needed to assist various departments and improve office efficiency.
