Job Title: Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO

Compensation: Starts at Full-Time ($22.00/hour Benefits) 

Position Type: In-Person (Seattle, WA)

Work Environment: Casual, highly creative, fast-paced, and pet-friendly office environment.


About the Role

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, proactive, and meticulous Personal & Executive Assistant to serve as the operational anchor for our small business CEO’s professional and personal ecosystem. This role is a unique opportunity for a master coordinator who understands that flawless execution of the "small things" is what allows massive ideas to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support & Cross-Project Coordination

  • Calendar & Inbox Governance: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and streamline light email and telephone correspondence to optimize the CEO’s daily output.
  • Travel Architecture: Research, plan, and book seamless travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation for business and regional trips.
  • Logistics & Errands: Handle personal and business errands requiring reliable local transportation.

2. Workspace Excellence, Cleaning, & Organization

  • Environment Upkeep: Maintain a clean, immaculate, and highly organized workspace. We believe a creative environment requires physical order, and you will oversee the daily neatness of our creative office space.
  • Deep Organization: Implement efficient filing systems, manage office storage, and handle standard cleaning, organizing, and sourcing tasks to keep the facility running beautifully.
  • Pet-Friendly Office Support: Maintain a welcoming environment for our team and our very friendly office dog.

3. Research & Administration

  • Meeting Preparation: Document high-level meetings, take meticulous notes, and prepare necessary reports and documentation for upcoming appointments.
  • Sourcing & Purchasing: Handle procurement for specialized office materials or specific project requirements.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide administrative, logistical, or light marketing assistance as needed to support various business requirements.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
  • Previous assistant, administrative, or project coordination experience is strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and adaptable to new project management software.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle for local errands and regional day trips.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves for physical cleaning, organizing, and setup tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment.
