Position Overview:
The Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO will act as a right-hand partner—anticipating needs, asking the right questions, conducting thorough research, and executing complex tasks across business operations, startup development, and strategic planning.
You will be expected to not only follow direction, but to think ahead of it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
- Conduct deep, thorough research on a wide range of topics and present actionable insights
- Assist in launching new business ventures, including:
- Market research and feasibility analysis
- Business formation and registration
- Franchise development and expansion planning
- Company valuations and competitive analysis
- Review, draft, and coordinate contracts and legal/operational documents
- Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight
- Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved systems and workflows
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Support day-to-day operations as needed in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, Operations Manager, or similar high-level role
- Exceptional research and analytical skills—ability to go deep and deliver clear, useful conclusions
- Strong understanding of business operations, startups, and scaling processes
- Experience with business formation, contracts, or franchise development is highly preferred
- Ability to think critically, ask the right questions, and make informed decisions independently
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
