The Role

- Work with each salesperson, work on specific goals and objectives that are set and established
- Determine monthly and yearly forecasts in terms of unit sales, gross profit objectives, and departmental profits
- Guards the showroom
- Maintain a balanced inventory
- Conduct highly motivated sales training meetings
- Excellent telephone skilss
- Knows how to sell an appointment
- Strong closer for when taking a TO
- Well organized
- Excellent telephone skills
- Perform one-on-ones with salespeople
- Knows how to build HIGH CSI
- Well versed with ERA IGNITE and docuPAD
- Build a rapport with clients to foster long-term relationships and repeat business
