Job Responsibilities
- Master and execute the dealership sales process.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting new clients to final vehicle delivery.
- Present and demonstrate inventory to potential buyers.
- Manage and update daily inventory reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to prepare and review monthly sales plans.
- Maintain dealership standards for Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units sold.
- Stay informed on the latest products, market trends, and certifications.
- Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software effectively.
Requirements, Education, and Experience
- 2 years of sales experience.
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening (MVR, drug screening, criminal background check).
- Sales license required.
Compensation
- Commission-based structure: Percentage of Front-End Gross, Back-End Gross, & Unit Bonuses.
