New & Used Car Client Advisor

Gillie Hyde Auto Group is growing, and we are looking for highly motivated sales professionals to join our team!

With plans to open our dedicated pre-owned dealership, qualified team members will also have exciting opportunities for advancement and leadership positions as our company continues to expand.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
• Build strong relationships with customers through professional and consistent communication
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Learn and explain updated vehicle technology, safety features, and connectivity systems
• Use the dealership’s CRM and phone systems to manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and customer communication
• Work with management and the finance department to provide a smooth purchasing experience
• Maintain knowledge of available inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and dealership promotions
• Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals
• Represent Gillie Hyde Auto Group with professionalism and integrity

What We Are Looking For

• A highly driven, self-motivated, and competitive attitude
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• A willingness to learn and follow a proven sales process
• The ability to stay organized and consistently follow up with customers
• Technological literacy and the ability to quickly learn and use a CRM, dealership phone system, and updated vehicle technology
• Confidence using computers, smartphones, email, texting, and other digital communication tools
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Previous automotive or sales experience is helpful but not required
