Gill, McManamon & Diviney is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our growing general practice law firm in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. We are an expanding firm with an increasing client base and are seeking someone with significant experience who can step into a trusted, high-responsibility role as we continue to grow.
This position will play a key role in supporting the firm’s continued expansion and day-to-day operations.
This is an in-office position in our Huntingdon office. Full-time is preferred, though part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. We offer a professional, flexible, and stable work environment with long-term opportunity.
About the Role
This position combines substantive paralegal work with office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, proactive, and comfortable serving as the central point of contact in a small but active law firm that is continuing to expand its practice areas and workload.
Primary Responsibilities
Paralegal work in:
- Real estate transactions and closings
- Estate planning and estate administration
- Business formation and planning
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing client files, deadlines, and court filings
- Assisting with probate and Orphans’ Court matters
Office Management duties, including:
- Payroll coordination
- Office purchasing and vendor management
- Day-to-day office operations
- Communicating with clients, courts, title companies, and other professionals
- Supporting the attorney with overall practice management as the firm grows
Required Qualifications
- Prior law firm experience is required
- Experience in real estate, estate planning/administration, and business law strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with Pennsylvania legal procedures is a plus
