Join Our Team as a Human Resource Liaison

We're hiring a Part-Time Human Resources Liaison to join our dedicated HR Department at our Ocala office. The schedule would be Monday through Thursday, from 10 AM - 4 PM, offering a rewarding opportunity to play a crucial role in our medical courier services.
About Us:
At Gill Logistics, we're at the heart of the healthcare system, ensuring vital medical materials reach their destination safely and efficiently. Our couriers play a pivotal role in transporting lifesaving supplies between hospitals, labs, and supply chains, contributing directly to patient care and hospital operations.
Work Schedule:
- Shift: Monday through Thursday, from 10 AM 4 PM
- Paid Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Liaison will support the HR Department as the point of contact between departments and the HR team for new employees and independent contractors. This position is a direct point of contact for other members of the Leadership team, prospective applicants, contractors, and other respective members of the logistics community and will always maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Maintains and oversees the company-wide supply inventory.
- Provides support for new hire orientation, provides the employee handbook, and obtains signatures on policy agreements.??
- Manages the offboarding (termination) process for terminating employees.
- Assists with completing monthly audits of expiring documents in OpenForce to include insurance, driver's license, training certificates, etc.
Requirements:
We're looking for candidates who possess:
- A strong communicator with a professional, team-oriented attitude
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support is preferred.
