Gill Construction is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and support to the day-to-day administrative side of the business.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Bookkeeping & Financial Administration
- Manage receipts, invoices, and day-to-day bookkeeping support
- Assist with QuickBooks and financial tracking
- Help maintain organized job costing and cost-control documentation
- Ensure administrative and financial records are accurate and up to date
Office & Operations Coordination
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflows
- Help create structure, organization, and consistency across the office
- Coordinate internal administrative tasks and follow-through
- Support leadership by reducing the need for constant oversight and coordination
- Maintain organized systems, files, and operational processes within the office
Lead Flow & Front Office Support
- Help manage incoming leads and related follow-up processes
- Oversee front office communication systems and phone coverage
- Coordinate administrative support related to customer inquiries and scheduling
- Ensure leads, communication, and follow-ups are handled professionally and efficiently
- Serve as a welcoming and professional first point of contact for clients and vendors
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in office management, administrative support, bookkeeping, or operations coordination
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping/accounting software
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to take ownership and problem-solve without constant direction
- Strong computer and systems skills, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Previous experience supporting construction operations, scheduling, or project coordination is preferred
