- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends

- Research and resolve accounting schedule discrepancies
- Perform account, bank, and parts statement reconciliations
- Maintain organized records of sales, payments, warranties, and service contracts
- Assist with month-end closing entries
- Support special accounting projects and daily department operations
- Verify all documents for accuracy and signatures
- Coordinate with lenders, customers, and internal departments to facilitate the completion of vehicle transaction records.
- Minimum of three years in an accounting-related role
- Automotive accounting and Title Work experience are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with staff at all levels
- Solid computer and written communication skills
