Duties
- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and capabilities through test drives and detailed explanations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all dealership vehicles, including new and pre-owned inventory.
- Explain financing options, warranty programs, and additional services to customers.
- Prepare sales quotes and negotiate pricing to meet dealership goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process all required paperwork and ensure accuracy of sales documents.
- Follow up with leads and past customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall dealership performance.
- Keep the showroom and vehicle display area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
- Prior sales experience, preferably in automotive sales, is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills for CRM and inventory systems.
