This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer based in Tempe, AZ. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for performing structural analysis, developing detailed engineering plans and calculations, and preparing drawings for various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, conducting site inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and providing engineering support throughout all project phases. The candidate will play a key role in creating cost-effective and structurally sound designs for a variety of building types.

• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, structural systems, and material properties.
• Experience in drafting, blueprint creation, and construction documentation.
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and evaluations with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience with residential, commercial, or industrial structural projects is a plus.
