Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Tempe, AZ, offered for Junior and Senior Structural Engineers. As a Structural Engineer at Gilbert Structural LLC, you will perform structural analysis and calculations, develop and review structural designs, and create detailed CAD drawings. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on various projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Additionally, you will assist in inspections and contribute to innovative solutions for diverse projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles
- Experience with Structural Analysis and Calculations for a variety of project types
- Advanced skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and drafting tools
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and technical communication skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineering (PE) license for senior-level candidates is a plus
- Knowledge of state and local building codes and regulations
