This position is to fill a part-time, non-benefited role at the Southeast Regional Library.
The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The primary job duties of this position include:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge Of
This position has been designated as a Medium work position that spends a majority of their work day in an office environment. This position requires lifting and moving furniture regularly, including setup and teardown of tables and chairs. This position also includes light janitorial work. The Recreation Leader reports to the Recreation Coordinator. The primary job duties of this position include:
- Customer service to include fielding questions and resolving conflicts with internal and external customers. Answer inquiries by phone, in person and in writing. Process program registrations and address concerns.
- Maintain and inspect equipment. Report facility and equipment maintenance needs. Assist patrons with facility equipment and amenities and insure equipment and supplies are in good working condition and used with proper form and technique.
- Cash handling to include collecting and refunding fees, program registrations, and rental management duties.
- Enforcement of policies and procedures and responding to emergency situations.

Licensing/Certifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- CPR and Standard First Aid within 30 days of hire.
Knowledge Of
- Cash handling
- Computers which includes MS Office.
- Content creation in Canva
- Customer service.
- Conflict resolution.
- Responding to emergency situations.
