This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of cash handling on the gaming floor. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and timely retrieval of bill validator boxes from all slot machines.
- Transport daily DBA carts from the gaming floor to count rooms, ensuring guest and employee safety.
- Keep confidentiality of drop and count start and end times and drop routes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience working with large volumes of currency or other negotiable instruments preferred.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite software required.
- Ability to perform GILA WAY: greet guests, interact positively, listen actively, appreciate guests.
- Excellent guest service skills, strong telephone etiquette, and self-motivation required.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
