Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene across all areas, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items with care and attention to detail
- Conduct floor care tasks including carpet cleaning, polishing floors, and applying protective treatments to ensure longevity and appearance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits
- Manage janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, waste disposal, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks in hospitality settings or oversee custodial duties in larger facilities when required
Skills
- experience in residential cleaning or janitorial roles preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person!
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping procedures or custodial management is a plus
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently or as part of a team
