Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and inbox, including sales orders and quotations.
Respond to customers promptly and accurately, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service while identifying upselling opportunities.
Process customer accounts, maintain accurate records, and ensure communications are professional and on-brand.
Assist customers with our web portal and share feedback and insights with Account Managers and relevant teams.
Follow established communication procedures, processes, and systems.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Comply with the Organization's Information Security Management System (ISMS), including all applicable information security policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in any field or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years of customer service experience.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Excellent phone etiquette, active listening, and clear communication.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Team player with a humble, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
