You will also facilitate workshops, fitness classes, and other activities that encourage physical activity and mental well-being. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional health.
- Conduct individual wellness assessments and consultations to create personalized wellness plans.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and fitness classes to educate employees on health topics.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to employees participating in wellness programs.
- Collaborate with HR and management to promote wellness initiatives and encourage participation.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and research in health and wellness to enhance program offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in health, wellness, nutrition, or a related field; certification in wellness coaching is preferred.
- Proven experience in health coaching, wellness program management, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of health, nutrition, and fitness principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
