Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Track and follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Actively contribute to improving support processes and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the development of customer support resources, such as FAQs and help guides.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the electric or technology industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
