Responsibilities

  • Provide information about products, services, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Log customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution and satisfaction.

  • Assist in training new team members and contributing to the overall knowledge base of customer support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay updated on products and services.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
