The Role
You'll help run the day-to-day of people operations: onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining compliance, and keeping our systems (Rippling) organized and accurate. This is a hands-on execution role in-person in the San Francisco office with room to shape processes from scratch alongside the Chief of Staff.

You'll help run the day-to-day of people operations: onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, administering benefits, maintaining compliance, and keeping our systems (Rippling) organized and accurate. This is a hands-on execution role in-person in the San Francisco office with room to shape processes from scratch alongside the Chief of Staff.
What You'll Do
- Run onboarding end-to-end: equipment, accounts, orientation, first-week experience
- Manage offboarding logistics and documentation
- Serve as the go-to person for benefits questions and enrollment
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Keep Rippling clean and up-to-date
- Handle HR operations tasks as they come up—you'll wear many hats
- 2-4 years of experience in people operations, HR, or similar
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Rippling experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
- Good judgment on sensitive matters
Salary : $120,000 - $180,000
