Job Description – Battery Pack Design Engineer
- Define battery pack architecture aligned with product specs and manufacturing constraints.
- Conduct design studies, mechanical calculations, and integrate simulation results.
- Deliver high-quality outputs (3D models, drawings) on time.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to define component requirements.
- Develop design tools, guides, and best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, UG Nx) and knowledge of ISO standards (GD&T, stack-up analysis).
- Expertise in battery pack design, plastics/metallic parts, thermal management, electronics, and harnesses.
- Familiarity with CAD quality tools (QChecker), PLM systems, and design FMEA.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organisational skills, and ability to deliver under deadlines.
- Fluent in English.
- Work on innovative energy solutions with global experts.
