What You’ll Do
- Ensure accurate dispensing of medications with proper patient, dose, and route verification
- Conduct comprehensive drug utilization reviews
- Deliver patient-centered services such as consultations and medication therapy management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment
- Mentor and oversee pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff
- Assist with inventory control, including compliance with handling and documentation for controlled substances
- Adhere to all federal and state pharmacy practice laws and internal quality standards
- Participate in administrative tasks that support efficiency and exceptional patient care
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited college
- Active and unrestricted Arizona Pharmacist license
- Comfortable learning new technologies and pharmacy systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Passion for improving healthcare and medication accessibility
- Consistent/fixed weekday schedule
