Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Tele RN to join our team. As a Tele RN, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with health care team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Utilize machines that measure a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, breathing rate, as well as blood oxygen levels and electrocardiogram information.
- Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications and report an adverse reaction to medications in accordance with policies.
- Identify irregular telemetry readings and notify the appropriate medical team member.
- Monitor specialized equipment used on patients and interpret electronic displays.
