Job Summary:
The Process & Data Lead (PDL), Produce to Ship will be responsible for overseeing data and processes for production and shipping. This responsibility includes SAP data and material movements for production and shipping processes. The position will be the subject matter expert for the organization and classification of inventory movements, develop documentation for standard work procedures (SOPs), and provide training to primary users. Performance will be to lead and oversee production and shipping transactions, troubleshoot errors with line-of-business primary users, and provide root cause analysis for continuous improvement. The PDL proactively supports stakeholder requests, conducts data analysis, produces monthly and ad-hoc reports, and provides KPIs using SAP/BW tools.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of manufacturing and SAP experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- At least 3 years of demonstrable shipping supply and packaging commodity management experience

Essential Functions:
- Interprets and applies accounting theory to difficult transactions.
- Reviews accounting documents (i.e. vouchers, invoices, journal entries, etc.) to verify accuracy of computations and uniform application of policies, procedures and acceptable accounting standards.
- Reviews various entries into the general ledger and proposes accounting treatments as needed, including adjustments and closing entries.
- Responsible for overseeing fixed asset schedules ,depreciation calculations and recording of right of use assets.
- Lead the general ledger team including managing, hiring and evaluating performance of the team.
- Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual closes for the four separate general ledger books of the three companies.
- Reviews and coordinates the companies various account reconciliations, schedules, exhibits and summaries to support the general ledger balances.
- Develops other nonstandard analyses, reports or statements to include tables, charts and other exhibits.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and operating reports.
- Monitor Capital Expenditures to ensure compliance to approved spending limits and Company policy.
- Manages and coordinates the reconciliation process of intercompany transactions with affiliates worldwide, including transactions for actual, budget and forecast.
- Performs financial position/budget variance analysis for each of the companies.
- Participate in the preparation of consolidated USGAAP & IFRS financial statements.
- Develop action plans and propose efficiency improvements.
- Oversee the activities and ensure timely delivery of information for the interim and annual audits of the companies.
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.
- Performs other analysis and special projects as assigned.

Salary : $86,000 - $94,000
