Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide them with menus.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.
- Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, demonstrating exceptional guest relations skills.
- Utilize our reservation system for managing reservations and guest information.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the restaurant and taking reservations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
- Cleaning off tables as needed and maintaining a clean facility.
