What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Service Tech position at Gideon HVAC?
At Gideon Heating and Air, we have been family owned and operated since 1967. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch HVAC services to our clients.
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing customer HVAC concerns, equipment maintenance and completion of repairs, residential and commercial.
All pricing, money collections and parts ordering done in office…you get to just be a technician
- Monday-Friday, 8am Start
- Rotating weekends
- No call
- $25-35/hr, Experience Based
- Quarterly Bonus Potential
- Cost of Living Raises
- Take Home Work Vehicle
- Commission on anything sold (Not expected to sell)

Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
- Valid driver's license and company acceptable driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a drug screening, criminal and motor vehicle checks
Preferred:
- Completion of an HVAC training program
- Valid HVAC certification (EPA, NATE, or equivalent)
