Compensation

Hybrid Performance Pay Plan

High-performing advisors earn $8,300–$11,600 per month
($100,000–$140,000 annually for top producers)

Earnings are directly tied to sales performance and gross profit generated.
Strong closing ability and consistent production drive income in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Present and close recommended repairs professionally
• Increase average repair order and overall gross profit
• Build long-term customer relationships through clear communication
• Follow up consistently on deferred work
• Maintain a strong workflow with technicians
• Deliver a five-star customer experience while meeting performance goals

What We Expect

• Minimum 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Strong sales performance history
• Comfortable presenting and closing higher-dollar repair tickets
• Professional, confident communicator
• Organized and efficient under pressure
• Familiar with shop management systems
• Leadership mindset; management experience is a plus
