GSS Administrator (ERP Administrator – Global Shop Solutions)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive GSS Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Global Shop Solutions (GSS) ERP system. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations across departments by supporting users, improving workflows, and enhancing system performance.
While Global Shop Solutions experience is strongly preferred, we welcome candidates with solid ERP administration backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Global Shop Solutions ERP system
- Manage user accounts, security roles, and permissions
- Configure, customize, and maintain ERP modules to align with business needs
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate with vendor support when needed
- Act as the liaison between internal teams and ERP support/training resources
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, workflows, and training materials
- Support system upgrades, patches, new module implementations, and integrations
- Deliver ongoing training and support to end users across all departments
- Partner with operations, finance, engineering, and other teams to streamline processes
- Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, automation, and reporting
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of ERP administration, ideally within manufacturing
- Experience managing security roles, permissions, and user configurations
- Ability to troubleshoot both technical and functional ERP issues
- Excellent communication skills for supporting technical and non-technical users
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with SQL, Crystal Reports, or related reporting tools (preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into system improvements
Education & Experience
Required:
- ERP administration experience (any major ERP system)
- Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operations workflows
- Prior involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or module rollouts
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent work experience
- Global Shop Solutions (GSS) experience
- Experience with database management, report writing, and ERP integrations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
