Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 depending on experience

What You’ll Do
You’ll manage and advise a designated book of personal lines clients, helping them understand coverage options and keeping their policies up to date.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing an assigned book of personal insurance clients
- Processing policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
- Quoting new and existing policies (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
- Advising clients on coverage options and recommendations
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities
- Assisting clients with claims reporting
- Communicating with carrier underwriters
- Maintaining accurate documentation in our agency management system
- Meeting with clients in person, phone, or email

Qualifications
- 3 years of Personal Lines insurance experience
- PA Property & Casualty License (required)
- Experience quoting and servicing home and auto policies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with agency management systems (Applied TAM or similar preferred)
Schedule
Full-time
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No evenings or weekends
