WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 years of experience operating a bobcat or mini excavator
- Ability to grade and install lawns and outdoor features
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - SOFTSCAPE LANDSCAPING FOREMAN
Your typical schedule goes from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
You take the lead in our outdoor softscape projects, confidently guiding your team in completing precise grading, excavation, and installation work. Motivated to do an exceptional job, you lead your team in performing tasks like grading lawns, installing trees and shrubs, and excavating for drains and shed pads. You use various equipment (like bobcats and mini excavators) and materials (like mulch, river rock, and weed fabric) to create stunning landscapes for clients!
